In this section you find the list of articles that are prohibitted to be requested, offered, published, bought or sold with WareDrop.
Before you publish an article in WareDrop we recommend you make sure that its allowed to be published.
This document is an integral part of the terms and general condicions of WareDrop. With accepting the terms and general condicions when signing up the user accepts the politics that it contains.
It is not allowed to buy, transport and hand over used products. All products dealt with this page have to be new and unused.

§1 Firearms and other weapons
The request of firarms and other weapons is prohibited in WareDrop. Everything that uses the energy of gases to shoot a projectile is considered a firearm. This also includes items for collecting, antiquidades and religious uses. No matter if they function or not.
Articles for use together with firarms are prohibited as well. Por ejemplo ammunition, bullets, magazines, silencers. All articles that can convert a weapon into an automatic one. Kits to construct weapons are prohibited as well.

§2 Powders and explosives:
The articles that contain powder or explosive material of any type that are resctricted by law are prohibited to be requested in WareDrop.
Productos for pyrotechnics are prohibited to request.
Its prohibited to request manuals on how to construct bombs and explosives.

§3 Currency
Its prohibited to request currency, coins and bills in WareDrop. It does not matter if they are legal tender or not.

§4 Prohibited substances:
Its prohibited to request drugs, halucinogens and all other substances prohibitted by law. In none of its existing forms.
All products that can be used to produce, change, process or consume then are prohibited as well.
Products that contain informations about production, use and distribution of these products are prohibited as well.

§5 Stolen properties:
It is absolutely forbidden to request and/or deliver stolen property. WareDrop is committed to justice and to recover or to investigate the ownership and destination of the stolen property. So if at any point the authorities require information for an article or a publication we will provide the data itself and the users involved. Stolen property includes private individuals, companies and governments. Suspecting that an article featured in WareDrop is stolen, it is necessary to immediately contact the relevant authorities to investigate the situation.

§6 Medicines and pharmaceuticals on prescription:
WareDrop does not allow the request of drugs, medicines and / or items whose sale is subject to prescription.

§7 Anabolic and steroids:
Its prohibited to request products containing anabolic substances and / or steroids.

§8 Organs or human waste:
It is forbidden to request people, human bodies, bodies, organs, limbs or human waste. Examples of this limitation are: blood, semen, bones, organs, skin, etc.. These items may not be included under any form of request in WareDrop. However articles may be published that contain human hair, for example, natural hair wigs.

§9 Animals, wildlife and species:
It prohibitted to request organs, waste or animal parts. animals which fall within the above list, were in danger of extinction or marketing would be prohibited.
All importers and / or exporters of animals are exclusively responsible for compliance with legal requirements in the country of export and the import.
Furs: WareDrop does not allow the sale of animal skins of endangered species.

§10 Counterfeit products:

§11 Fireworks:
You are not allowed to request fireworks or fireworks. WareDrop does not allow the request of personal databases or lists of spam, including data such as names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mails or any information serving to identify a person. This includes any tools or software designed primarily for sending unsolicited commercial email (SPAM).

§14 Miles and points of airlines:
The request and supply of miles, points or other benefits provided by the airlines to reward loyalty for frequent flights of its passengers that can be used for tickets, upgrades on flights (upgrades) and / or any other prize is prohibited.

§15 Listings of suppliers, business contacts:
Its prohibited to request listings of suppliers, brokering business contacts for import or export of goods or services. This inludes guidelines and manuals for purchasing goods or services and trading rights.

Its prohibited to request material pornographic, erotic or otherwise unsuitable for minors and any other good or service contrary to morality and decency. An article will be considered unsuitable for minors or those that include showing:

-prohibited materials for minors
-material objects whose purpose is to generate sexual arousal

This also prohibits the publication or use of images, text or content with a sexual, erotic, nudity or semi-nudity, or attempts to get the attention of users or visitors using this resource.
Excluded from the above limitations are items which are part of a publication that was not created for sexual purposes.

Is strictly prohibited to request items, goods or services in this categories:
-related to pedophilia, child pornography, nude minors or in any way involving minors
-involving forced sex, rape movies "snuff" films or photographs that were taken illegally from minors or without the consent of people appearing in them
-escorts or sexual services and / or any other good or service contrary to morality and decency
-Videos amateur films made with hidden cameras and / or who have not consented to the recording, reproduction or distribution containing any type of sexual activity

§17 Articles that promote violence and / or discrimination
The WareDrop community is composed of users of different backgrounds and beliefs and therefore some of the items requested may be offensive to some of the users.
Its prohibited to request items that advertise, promote or incite any form of violence, crimes of any kind or discrimination, among others, issues of race, religion, sex, nationality, sexual orientation. Items that include brands or symbols of organizations dedicated to the promotion of such items, for example, relics of the KKK or Nazi helmets are prohibited.

Below are listed items that can be ordered normally for purchase:
German coins and stamps of the time of World War II regardless of how they are marked
-Memorabilia of World War II with no marks of Nazi groups like the SS or other division of the German army
-Books and movies about WWII or Nazi Germany, even if the Nazi symbol appears in the article
-Documentaries about the war.

§18 Articles in violation of copyright:
WareDrop protects intellectual property rights. Therefore banning the publication and sale of items that violate copyright laws, patents, trade marks and industrial designs or trade secrets.

§19 Satellite television decoders and cable antennas:
WareDrop does not allow the request of items that could be used to decode or access to television programming via satellite or cable, without permission or payment.
Not be request can be decoding systems or decoding devices that allow signal transmission for cable or satellite television.

§20 Identity documents:
WareDrop does not allow the request of items that are, or appear, national or foreign identity.
e.g.: birth certificates, driver licenses, passports, visas, etc.

§21 Credit or debit card:
Its not allowed to request credit cards or debit cards, whether they are active or inactive. Neither aloowed is the publication of databases including credit card numbers, debit card or any other private data.

It is not allowed to request tickets for shows.

§25 Lottery and raffle tickets:
WareDrop prohibits the request of lottery tickets.
This restriction also includes the request of raffle tickets.

§26 Requests which lack seriousness:
Its prohibited to make requests that lack seriousness or are just made to be funny.

§27 Cellphones:
The request of products aimed at the alteration, replacement, duplication, or modification in any way, of the functionality of mobile equipment is prohibited.
This prohibition includes, without limitation, all services or products for:
Release and / or unlock equipment, chips, SIM cards, ETC.
Modify in any way an electronic serial number or remove user identity in computer equipment.

§28 Donations:
Its prohibited to request donations.

§29 Manuals, courses and study guides:
Is not permitted to request manuals, courses and study guides for any content and support (physical or digital download).

§30 Warning:
WareDrop may cancel any request that violates the policies referenced herein or any applicable laws.
Repeated violations of the policies could result in suspension of your account.

§31 Policy responsibility for the article:
Travellers are responsible for ensuring the legality and legitimacy of the articles they buy. They have to make sure that they do not violate any law. Buyers have the same responsibility for the items they ask for in their ads. WareDrop assumes no responsibility for transactions involving goods or services that do not comply with this restriction.
Travellers are exclusively responsible for items they offer to buy and deliver to the buyer, so they should make sure their items are authentic before they buy them and make an offer to deliver them.
If you can not verify the authenticity of an item, do not buy it.

§32 Alcoholic Beverages:
Its prohibited to request alcoholic beverages.
